Watch them transform from consumers to creators in just weeks
Learn the same design software NASA engineers use to turn ideas in their head into real, physical creations. No more searching for modelsβthey design whatever they imagine.
Finally unlock the full potential of your 3D printer. Students learn to design original creations from scratch, not just download what others made.
Max 10 students per class means your child gets real help when stuck, not just YouTube tutorials. They'll actually finish projects instead of getting frustrated.
Create impressive projects that stand out on college applications. Engineering programs want to see students who can design, not just print.
From simple fidget toys to complex mechanical designs β see what students actually build when they master professional CAD skills
Advanced organic modeling project combining artistic design with functional engineering. Students learn complex surface creation and aesthetic design principles.
Advanced Project
Practical design project focusing on ergonomics and functionality. Students learn handle design, volume calculations, and how to create objects for daily use.
Intermediate Project
Mechanical design project teaching precision tolerances, assembly constraints, and real-world manufacturing considerations for moving parts with custom colors.
Intermediate Project
Advanced mechanical engineering project teaching cam mechanisms and interactive motion. Students learn complex assembly design and mechanical timing.
Advanced Project
Precision jewelry design teaching small-scale modeling and professional rendering techniques. Students learn about tolerances and wearable design considerations.

Teacher β’ Former Disney Producer β’ Professional Maker
I teach Film and Creative Technology at Artios Academies of Sugar Hill, where I pioneered the 3D design curriculum that's impacted 50+ students. Before teaching, I was a video producer for Disney in LA and Orlando, and ran my own machining business designing custom equipment for Marvel films.
I learned CAD, machining, 3D printing, welding, and electronics during the pandemicβand discovered my passion for teaching students to bring their ideas to life. There's nothing better than watching a student hold something they designed in their own hands.
I have degrees in Film (Georgia State) and Machining (Lanier Tech). I'm the "ultimate fun uncle" to my 9 nieces and nephews (built them a pirate-themed treehouse!), grew up in Gwinnett County, and love being back home teaching the next generation of makers.
"The most rewarding part? When students voluntarily spend hours on their projects because they're genuinely excited about what they're creating. That's when I know they've caught the maker bug."
Students learn Fusion360 - the same professional CAD software used by engineers and product designers worldwide. These aren't toy skills β they're career-building skills.

Everything parents want to know
Just themselves! We provide all computers, software, and equipment. Students should bring a set of Imperial (inch) dial calipers which can be purchased on Amazon for about $15. Everything else is included.
100% money-back guarantee! If your child doesn't love their first class, we'll refund you in full. No questions asked. We're confident they'll be excited to come back, but if it's not the right fit, you risk nothing.
No contracts! Pay $40 for the first week to reserve your spot. After that, you're only charged $40 for weeks your child attends. Stop anytime with no cancellation fees.
You'll be charged $40 for each class your child attends. Charges are processed after each class (Saturday students charged on Saturday, Monday students charged on Monday). Miss a week? No charge. You only pay for what you use.
When you enroll, you're reserving a spot in a limited class (max 10 students). To keep your reserved spot, your child should attend regularly. After 2 consecutive missed classes, your spot may be offered to students on the waitlist. We're flexible for illnesses, family emergencies, and other extenuating circumstancesβjust let us know! We simply need to prioritize active students when spots are limited.
Maximum 10 students per class. Small group sizes ensure every student gets personal attention and help when they need it.
No! This is Level 1 - perfect for beginners. We start with the basics and build up to advanced techniques. If your child can use a mouse and keyboard, they can succeed in this class.
Students learn professional skills used by real engineers: precision measuring using calipers (down to .001" accuracy), 3D modeling with Autodesk Fusion 360 (professional CAD software used by engineers and product designers worldwide), how to design their own creations from scratch, understanding different filament types and their applications, and how to operate Bambu Labs 3D printers including slicing, settings, and troubleshooting. These aren't toy skillsβthey're career-building skills.
Classes are held in North Suwanee in a safe, accessible facility with parking. The exact address will be sent via email after enrollment to maintain a secure learning environment.
We follow Gwinnett County's school calendar for major holidays. No class = no charge. You'll receive the full schedule after enrollment.
Classes start January 5th, 2026βthe first Monday after winter break. This gives your child's Christmas 3D printer time to arrive, and lets them start the new year building real design skills. Spots are limited to 10 students per class.
I recommend the Bambu Lab A1 (around $300). Bambu printers are what we use in class, and they're the most reliable, beginner-friendly printers on the market. They just workβno endless troubleshooting, no failed prints, no frustration.
Other brands require constant tinkering and calibration. With Bambu, your child can focus on learning to design instead of fighting with the printer. That consistency matters when you're trying to build real skills.
π‘ Pro tip: The Bambu A1 combo (printer + AMS) is perfect for students who want to print multi-color designs. But the basic A1 is excellent for getting started.
